Heater Base Board (HBV-85)
The Electrotherm IBC BASE HEATER is a metal enclosed Class I electric heater manufactured specifically for use as a heated floor in Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) and meets the essential safety requirements of IEC 60335.1 and UL 499.
The IBC Base Heater is a long-life, heavy-duty industrial product designed to heat 1000 litres (275 gal) of various liquid and semi-solid products from average ambient temperatures to approximately 45-50°C within 36-48 hours to enable product discharge from the IBC. It provides a controlled (self-regulating) maximum product temperature of approximately 55-60°C depending on product thermal characteristics and ambient temperature.
